The Song of the Trinity and its prequel, Shatru, has a lot of world building in them. Some of the worlds, we have already seen, if you’ve read the books, other worlds will come as part of the story. I have lived extensively in some of these worlds. Two worlds in particular that I loved building are the Underfabric, the world of the Disparate and Venuprabhand, the world about to be destroyed inside out by Trigund the Anomaly.

The common things about the worlds are that both were controlled by what a friend of mine termed as ‘Virtuous Villains’. I felt the label was so apt that I adopted it.

Introduction

Underfabric

In his travel through the pillar of fire, High Lord Mrihir, escaping from the assassins known as Krolternates, passes through eighty four worlds. We will see glimpses of these worlds in Book 2 of the Song of the Trinity. The world I liked most out of eighty four is the one called Chya.
